About the role

MINERGO SYSTEMS’ is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join our team in Angsana, Kalimantan Selatan. As a contract role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver cutting-edge software solutions that drive the success of our business. In this strategic position, you will use your exceptional technical expertise and leadership skills to guide the team in designing, developing, and implementing innovative products and services.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing technical direction and mentorship to a team of developers

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Overseeing the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment

• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality

• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure the team’s solutions remain innovative and competitive

• Fostering a positive, collaborative team culture and promoting continuous learning and improvement

What we’re looking for

• At least 5 years of experience as a software developer or engineer, with a proven track record of leading successful projects

• Proficiency in a range of programming languages and frameworks, such as Java, Python, or .NET

• Hands-on experience in software architecture, design patterns, and agile development methodologies

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify creative solutions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• A passion for mentoring and developing junior team members, and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive team culture
