Role Overview

As the Tech Head, you will be the engineering and innovation driver for our next growth chapter.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to:

• Lead the technical vision, architecture, and product development roadmap.

• Build and mentor a high-performing tech team.

• Drive innovation across SaaS, AI, and fintech integrations.

• Manage IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient systems for internal operations and customer-facing platforms.

• Transform ambitious ideas into real, scalable, and impactful digital solutions.

You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company’s technology — from product design to AI automation, IT operations, and process digitization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the engineering and product development teams (frontend, backend, AI/ML).

• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals and innovation strategy.

• Oversee IT infrastructure: cloud architecture, network security, servers, internal systems, and operational technology.

• Collaborate with business, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and performance.

• Evaluate and integrate AI, automation, and cloud technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

• Manage project delivery timelines, team performance, and technical excellence.

• Build partnerships with external tech vendors, universities, and startups to stay ahead of the curve.

• Foster a learning-driven culture — encourage experimentation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a tech leadership role (Head of Engineering, VP Engineering, or Senior Tech Lead).

• Proven experience in SaaS, fintech, HR-tech platforms, or enterprise IT systems (bonus: AI or data-driven products).

• Hands-on knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure), network & server management, and modern tech stacks (Node.js, Python, React, Next.js, etc.).

• Understanding of AI integration, APIs, and data pipelines.

• Track record of building and mentoring teams in fast-growing or startup environments.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to translate tech to business value.

• A growth mindset: curious, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn, unlearn, and scale new challenges.

• Experience in product commercialization, business planning and execution, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies (an added advantage).

• Preferably has experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) or global company.
