The Team Leader of the Recycled Plastic Sheet Workshop is responsible for overseeing the operations and production activities of the workshop. This includes managing the production team, ensuring quality control, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing processes to meet production targets. The supervisor will be instrumental in leading and developing a skilled team to produce high-quality recycled plastic sheets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Production: Directly oversee the production process, ensuring that all activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with the production schedule.
Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that the recycled plastic sheets meet industry standards and customer requirements.
Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers to maximize their performance and productivity.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, and actively promote a culture of safety within the workshop.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and report any shortages or surpluses to management, ensuring that materials are available for production.
Process Optimization: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on production output, quality control, and any issues or incidents that arise within the workshop.
Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that the workshop operates in compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards for recycled plastic manufacturing.
Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with management, frontline workers, and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and address any production-related issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of production workers.
Knowledge of quality control processes and experience in implementing and monitoring quality standards.
Understanding of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and documentation purposes.

Working Conditions:
The position involves working in a production workshop environment, including exposure to machinery, noise, and other typical manufacturing conditions.
The supervisor may be required to work flexible hours to accommodate production schedules and deadlines.
Physical demands may include standing for extended periods, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and moving around the workshop floor.
