We are a company engaged in automotive maintenance and spare parts, and we are looking for an experienced Team Leader (Sales) to join our team in the Kalimantan region. This position will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving the established sales targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, has strong leadership skills, and can work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the sales team in the Kalimantan region.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Sell automotive maintenance and spare parts products to customers.
Collect payments from customers and ensure timely payments.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis and identify new sales opportunities.
Provide training and support to sales team members.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Manage stock and availability of automotive spare parts to ensure the availability of products needed by customers.
Create a routine visit plan to workshops and spare parts stores for promotion and product sales.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Marketing, Management, or Business.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with experience as a Team Leader or similar managerial position in the automotive industry.
Good knowledge of automotive maintenance and spare parts products.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Proactive, initiative, and strong leadership qualities.
Willing to travel for business trips across the Kalimantan region.
Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications
Residing in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
