Telah rilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Team Leader Field Collection di tempat usaha PT mClinica Health Solutions (SwipeRx) untuk domisili Jakarta Pusat dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Perbankan / Jasa Finansial serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan ialah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma) & D4 (Diploma). Menurut dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor Collection performance to ensure the achievement of predetermined targets.
Conducting joint visits with Field Collectors to monitor Field Collector communications with customers, handling issues such as reconciliation and other cases.
Supervise the team and provide training for Field Collectors.
Provide maintenance to Field Collectors whose performance is declining.Reconciliation of data against customer requests regarding payments
Dividing the handling area for each collector.
Make a visit plan with area instructions that allow field collectors to cover as many assignments as possible (weekly) and provide a review of the visit plan given to superiors.
Monitoring the results of visits and the number of Field Collector visits.
Report and discuss goals, problems and difficulties experienced to superiors.Actively following up with the relevant team on problems that occur such as returns, refunds, unallocated payments, application errors and others that cause customers to delay payments

Qualifications:

Good knowledge in collection
Experience in AR
Able to read collection reports
Minimum education D3
Preference will be given to those with experience as a Field Collector supervisor/coordinator
Have a motorized vehicle and a minimum of SIM C
Have good communication and negotiation skills
Have good leadership, honest, loyal, discipline, and able to work with targets
Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude
Able to work hard and can work together in a team
Enjoys field work
Have good competence, especially in field collection
Able to operate Microsoft Office especially excel
Familiar with data reconciliation and understand FIFO allocation
Have the ability to speak English minimum passive
Good understanding in control, monitoring, and coaching
Able to visit Jabodetabek Area
