Job description & requirements
Job Descriptions:
– Monitor and record all channel (Call Center, Email, and WhatsApp for Business)
– To Develop CS Health Service and improve performance related client requirement
– To ensure operational Customer Service runs well 24/7
– Prepare report performance call to leader
– Make sure all team ready train about new client
– Make a report attendance and allowance Customer Service.
– Minimum qualification Diploma or Bachelor degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Record or other medical-related fields.
– Excellent knowledge of health insurance policy, health claims procedures, and terminology
– Excellent knowledge of medical terminologies especially for treatment and surgeries or insurance
Additional Skills:
– Having experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader with length of years experience must be at least 2 years
– Having experience at insurance industry is an advantage, but customer service is must
– Having experience in leading team consist of min 18 members under her/him
– Good communication both in spoken and written English
