We are hiring a candidate for Team Lead Live Stream.

Team Lead Live Stream, you will be at the forefront of managing Host Live Streamer and responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality live streaming content.

What would you do:

Livestream Planning and Execution.

• Responsible to maintain and manage the operation for live streaming day-to-day in E-Commerce (TikTok, Shopee, etc)
• Explore new campaign strategies and models, plan and launch live streaming campaigns by following up on popular topics, events, social hot issues, etc.
• Make sure the execution of strategy, keeping frequent good communication and coordination with the hosts and the live operators.

  Live Production Oversight:

• Oversee the technical aspects of live streaming production, including audiovisual setup, streaming software operation, camera angles, and stream quality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and ensure smooth execution of live broadcasts.

  Audience Engagement:

• Implement strategies to increase audience interaction, such as polls, giveaways, and real-time promotions.
• Assist the host in doing the live streaming, including replying to the comments, creating a happy atmosphere for the live room, adding or removing the products, creating flash sales

  Team Management: 

• Supervise a team of live streamers, hosts, moderators, and technical staff.
• Provide guidance to product hosts on platform operations basics on platforms like TIK TOK & other EC platforms, and assist them in resolving daily issues.

  Training and Development: 

• Provide training and skill development opportunities for team members to enhance their live streaming abilities, presentation skills, and technical proficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  Performance Analysis:

• Analyze livestream performance metrics, including viewership, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Record the data and be able to do data analysis to make strategies and optimization decisions based on data analysis, including product selection and combination, live streaming rundown adjustment, and promotion plan.

  Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer support, and IT, to ensure seamless coordination of livestream activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align livestream initiatives with overall business goals.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of livestreams, including technical setup, product availability, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan live streaming events aligned with product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

What are We looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Communication, IT, Mathematics, Marketing, Broadcasting, Art, or any related field). With relevant experience, in E-Commerce Digital Live Streaming, especially TikTok & Shopee.
• Interest in Beauty and Skin Care Industry, Maximal. 27 years old.
• Have good communication skills. Creative and outgoing enjoys bringing new ideas to the table during brainstorming sessions.
• Excellent English writing, reading, and comprehension skills. Mandarin would be preferred.
• Skill software; TikTok Live Dashboard and other(s) Microsoft Office software; Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
• Willing to be placed at Alam Sutera, South Tangerang, with Full WFO system (Mon – Fri).
