Job Description as a teacher in CuriooKids Indonesia:

The ideal candidate will have to understand the pain points of parents and love children. He/She needs to have the passion to develop and grow children to become the best versions of themselves. The ideal candidate also needs the patience to handle both the children and the parents on a frequent and close basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Classroom management (including how to handle students, ensuring supplies needed are ready, ect.)
• Developing and improving lesson plans
• Create educational engaging activities and events that will interest children
• Ensuring learning environment is always safe, fun, positive and nurturing
• Participate in recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events if needed
• Develop good rapport with parents
• Student management (Monitor, track and help students improve and develop)
• Team player who is willing to go the extra mile
• Helps and is involved with any marketing activities
• Data analytics and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• 2 + years’ of teaching experience in KG/Primary level
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
• A team player with a growth and ‘Can do’ mindset
• Speaks Fluent English

Preference

• Bachelor degree
• Energetic, nurturing and loves children
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Has worked in a startup environment
• Knowledge in positive and gentle child raising techniques and methods
• Has understanding in child development psychology
