Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years in accounting management.
• Expertise in Indonesian tax laws and GAAP.
• Proven analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Nice to Have:

• CPA or ACCA certification.
• Experience in multicultural team leadership.
• Proficiency in advanced accounting software.
