Telah dibuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Tax Staff di tempat usaha PT Vistra International Expansion Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Audit & Pajak serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan kualifikasi yang kami inginkan adalah min Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate, Tax Services. Reporting to the Executive Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Indonesia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Accounting, Tax, and Payroll Department and its’ growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and managing the Tax and/or Payroll calculation for clients of Company;
  • Responsible for monthly closing for Tax Reports;
  • Perform tax calculation, payment and reporting as well as preparing tax returns for all taxes, monthly and annually;
  • Perform reconciliation between monthly tax return and general ledger;
  • To ensure adherence to the policy, procedures and practices of Company;
  • Responsible for efficient and effective internal and external compliance for VAT, withholding tax and corporate tax;
  • Responsible for efficient and effective internal Tax and Payroll administrative activities;
  • To ensure adherence to the policy, procedures and practices of Company;
  • To undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required;
  • To ensure financial data integrity, including books and records conform to legal and tax requirements.

Key Requirements: 

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Tax/Accountancy/Finance;
  • Brevet A & B is a plus;
  • Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in the tax fields;
  • Detail-Oriented;
  • Good Time Management;
  • Reliable and accurate;
  • Reconciliation;
  • Have a good understanding for Tax, and Payroll processes;
  • Excellent communication ability and ability to coordinate across departments.
