About the role

Join the dynamic team at PT. Elabram Systems as a Tax Staff. In this full-time role based in Central Jakarta, you will play a key part in the company’s tax compliance and reporting processes. With a focus on taxation, you will provide valuable support to the finance and accounting departments, ensuring the company meets all relevant tax obligations.

What you’ll be doing

1. Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns and declarations

2. Manage company Tax data

3. Calculate, prepare payment & report taxes (PPh 23, PPh 4 paragraph 2, PPh 22, VAT, etc)

4. Maintain detailed tax records and documentation

5. Reconcile financial data related to taxation

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax compliance

7. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations

8. Support Tax consultant to do equalization for VAT & WHT

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum Diploma 3/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation

2. Min. 6 months – 1 year of experience in a tax compliance or tax advisory role, preferably in a corporate environment

3. Experience create Faktur Pajak with high volume

4. Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations

5. Possess brevet A&B Certification

6. Proficient in operating tax software (e.g. SPT, eFaktur, Coretax)

7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

9. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
