Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Audit & Pajak serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah min Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration/ Fiscal Administration
  • Minimal 3 years experience in the same field. Combination of working from consultant is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of tax compliance systems and automation
  • Proactive, self-driven, desire to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and communication data logically, accurately and concisely
  • Available for onsite/WFO working arrangement

Job Descriptions:

  • Review on day to day basis invoices from vendors and ensure that withholding tax is applied properly.
  • Prepare monthly tax calculations (Art.21, 23/26, 4(2), VAT, Stamp Duty) based on General Ledger. 
  • Prepare monthly tax payments through the bank to the state treasury. 
  • Prepare monthly income tax returns (Art.21, 23/26, 4(2), VAT, Stamp Duty).
  • Submit all monthly income tax returns to the tax office, and obtain the receipt from the tax office. 
  • Prepare withholding tax slips for third parties and send them to them.
  • Prepare Tax invoice for third parties and send it to the AP team.
  • Maintain and verify withholding tax slip withheld by third parties and follow-up for any late submission from the third party.
  • Prepare monthly tax reconciliations and submit them to the accounting team coordinator in time. 
  • Coordinate with AP team for any dispute or unclear related to withholding taxes stated in General Ledger or invoices.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, AP, and Business Team related to the document related to the tax documents (i.e., scan of TAX ID for a local vendor, DGT-Form, and COR for overseas vendor)
  • Assist in prepare supporting documents for Annual Corporate Income Tax Return, such as nominative list entertainment list, and promotional expenses.  
  • Review draft for any inquiry letter/tax
  • Building and maintain a healthy relationship with tax office
  • Automation related to corporate Tax
  • In coordination with the supervisor to update Tax Policy Review
  • Ensure to keep updated on the current Indonesian tax policies and analyze the possible outcome to the company
