Responsibilities

  • Regularly monitor and assess the company’s tax liabilities and exposures to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Accurately calculate and prepare payments for Income Tax (PPH) and Value-Added Tax (VAT).
  • Prepare and review annual corporate tax returns (SPT Badan) for all legal entities within the organization.
  • Assist with all administrative taxation tasks with the tax office, if necessary.
  • Review and approve all tax filings and submissions to ensure they are accurate and compliant with current tax laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may affect the company’s tax obligations.
  • Implement and maintain efficient processes and systems for tax reporting and submission to streamline operations and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Brevet A, B, and C in taxation preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tax Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, including experience with federal, state, and local taxation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin skill is a plus).
