Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Tax Manager di kantor PT Talenta Guna Nusantara untuk daerah Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Audit & Pajak serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 15.000.000 - Rp 25.000.000.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, USKP A & B is mandatory, CPA, or equivalent qualification. USKP C would be an advantage
  • Minimum solid 10 years of experiences as qualified tax professional with solid relevant working experiences. Experience in Big 4 Tax Consulting firm would be an advantage.
  • International and in-house tax experience and a good general knowledge of tax reporting and Accounting Standards
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who drives results, hands-on, strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Demonstrate personal initiatives, continuous learner, strives to innovate and build best practices
  • Good interpersonal skill and a good team player and able to lead a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Job Decriptions :

  • Oversee tax issues for the company’s operations in Indonesia to ensure the company fulfills its tax obligations and in compliance with the local tax laws
  • Ensure all tax filings and reports and tax payments are submitted accurately and on time
  • Manage tax audits and litigations, provide guidance on audit defense strategy, negotiate with tax offices on controversial issues and propose settlement options
  • Support transfer pricing issues, controls, and documentation regional
  • Work closely with other tax function colleagues with Malaysia counter parts
  • Provide timely functional guidance and advice to support the company’s operations and initiatives
  • Monitor local and regional tax related legislative and regulatory developments that may impact the company’s operations and tax positions
  • Plan and execute tax risk management, including risk identification and report, assessment of exposure, provisioning, risk mitigation plans
