About the Role

We are currently looking for a university student who is in their 3rd or 4th year, is organized and detail oriented to help on Tax Team’s day-to-day task, from maintaining communications with Partners regarding Tax Invoice and Withholding Tax Slips requests, preparing tax calculation and payment to doing other tasks, they will report directly to Tax Lead, Senior Tax Associate and Tax Associate.

What You Will Do

  • Communications with Partners and Business Team related to Invoice and Tax Invoice requests, 
  • Reimbursement Art 23, and Expense Report and Click Buy Transactions.
  • Review & approve supplier invoice from vendor + its supporting documents in MyFinance platform / email.
  • Article 21, 23, 26, and 4(2) WHT Slips Distribution.
  • Prepare WHT Calculation and Payment for GoTo and its entities.
  • Prepare, check, and proceed with Reimbursement Prepaid Art 23 and its payment process to Sellers. 
  • Prepare Reimbursement Expense Report

What You Will Need

  • In the process of completing a 3- or 4-year degree in Accounting, Tax, or relevant study (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Had work experience in Tax.
  • Good Excel and data analytics proficiency, familiar with numbers and calculation.
  • Able to work independently with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Good communication skills (assertive)
  • Availability minimum 3 months with regular office hour arrangements
