Skill yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Monthly Task
1Reconcile GL 211250 WHT vs excel listing (WHT File – Tax Team)1. Do the reconciliation between 211250 WHT vs the excel listing (WHT File -Tax Team) that has been checked by Tuti Sanderhi.
A. The challenges when do the reconciliation is the Number invoice that IDAP team input in SAP is not the same with the number invoice in WHT File – Tax team, so need to check manually in invoices.
B. Need to classify into WHT art 21, art 4(2), art 23, art 26
C. Follow up IDAP team to provide some invoices, that already input in SAP but not yet input in WHT File – Tax team but tax team not yet received the invoice
D. Follow up to revise/reverse the invoice if double posting or wrong posting amount WHT.
2. Send the reconciliation 211250 WHT to consultan Sinergi Konsultan for checking purpose.
A. Need to finished the reconciliation in one to two days after the end of month, because tight of payment deadline
B. Provide all the supporting document that Sinergi Consultant need (example some proof of email, screenshot journal, invoices)
3. Obtaining the approval, make wht payment. ( Due date of tax payment by 10th on the following month).
4. Input the Data into DJP online (Tax Program). After that send to Sinergi Konsultan.
A. Need to make sure the NPWP (TIN), Vendor name is correct. For WHT art 26 need to make sure all the DGT and COR is active.
B. Server Down
5. Obtaining the approval, submit the WHT return to DJP online (Tax Program). (Due date of submission by 20th on the followin month)
6. Filling the document.
2Download E-bupot and Rename E-bupot before send to vendor1. do mark number of E-bupot into “Rekap WHT”
3Clearing WHT1. do clearing journal between the GL listing vs tax payment use tcode nf-03
4Send the WHT certificate to vendor (Local and Overseas)Send WHT certificate art 23, 26, and 4 ayat 2
5Follow up DGT & CORLiaise and follow up the DGT1 from overseas vendors if near expiration date
6Blacklineto help to provide some reconciliation related to Blackline: (211250, 121200, 121202)
7MJEMJE is a tool required by group to upload all the journal supporting documents (>USD25K journal amt)
Yearly work
1) Do Recap of Prepaid WHT art 22 from import and reconcile with GL Prepaid Tax 121200
2) Recon prepaid tax WHT art. 23 (bukti potong collect from customer) vs GL Prepaid Tax 1212***. Retrieve GL 121200
2. Determine into 2 group : a) Prepaid Tax 22 (PIB) ; b) Prepaid Tax 23 (Bukti Potong WHT23)
3. Tied up each transaction recorded in Prepaid Tax with Bukting potong and PIB
4. All Prepaid Tax 22 and 23 will be claimed in CITR as tax claimed
5. We need this recon because, during tax audit we have to proof that ALL Prepaid Tax claimed in CIT have physical tax slip docs
Equalizations of WHT 21, 23, and 26 and 4 (2) return to Inventory and Expense1. Retrieve GL Inventory, Expenses and Other GL.
A. Inventory – GL 137000 & 137100.
B. Expense – GL 600000 – 799999.
C. Other GL – 121004, 126010, 151000, 152110, 153902, 160050, 160070, 160080, 192004, 193000, 220000, 221009, 234020, 287000, 420002, 420003, 500002, 500003, 501000, 540211, 540220)
2. Tied up each line of wht reported wht return to GL (could be in Inventory or in Expenses or other GL) and make the summary equalization of wht
3. a) WHT 21 – in this recon is only for honorer or individual professional fee/technical fee
b) WHT 23 – is for services
c) WHT 26 – is for overseas wht such as software, license, support/services
d) WHT 4 (2) – is for rental
