Job Description

Finance

1. Assist Group CFO to effectively supervise the operation and control of the company, monitor the abnormal operation and major risks of the company, optimize the allocation of resources and ensure statutory compliance

2. Establish and improve the organizational structure of the financial department, set up posts, clarify responsibilities, guarantee the quality of financial accounting information, reduce operation and management costs, ensure smooth information and improve work efficiency

3. Establish and improve the company’s internal risk control management, audit system and organize the implementation

4. Coordinate the company’s relationship with banks, industry and commerce, taxation, statistics, audit and other government organizations to safeguard the company’s interests

5. Support all financial matters for the business decisions by providing financial reports, management accounting and consolidation reports to headquarters

6. Take up any additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the company needs

HR

1. Assisting with monthly payroll, incl. all related activities (computation of payroll, calculation of PIT; BPJS / Social Security, etc.; tax finalization)

2. Coordinating adjustments and issuance of employment contracts

3. Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks; ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in accounting or finance, holding intermediate accountant certificate, certified accountant qualification is preferred

2. More than 5 years of work experience in financial management, and work experience in logistics, supply chain, container service and other industries is preferred

3. Familiar with accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management, accounting computerization and related laws and regulations in Indonesia

4. Excellent financial analysis, financing and capital management skills; excellent professional quality and ethics, strong sense of responsibility, professional dedication, good team spirit

5. Solid experience in HR-matters

6. Proficient in English, both verbal and written; Good Communication Skills in Chinese, both verbal and written, are an added advantage

7. Good use of MS office
