Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Talent Management Officer di kantor Dynapack Asia untuk kota/kab Tangerang atau sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
Adapun syarat yang PT kami butuhkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari peraturan yang PT kami berikan.
Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities:
- Organize, execute and monitor Talent Management activities such as promotion, talent mapping, individual development program, apprentice program and performance management
- Provide reports related to all talent management activities
- Develop talent management activities to stay up to date and align with company goals
- Analyze and develop clear career path for succession planning
- Review and update matrix competencies
- Coordinate with Learning Center to follow up development program
Requirement :
a. Bachelor Degree, majoring Psychology are preferred
b. Min 2 years experience in related field
c. Good understanding in Talent Management concept
d. Familiar with Competencies
e. Strong Analytical Thinking, highly organized
f. Good communication skill and proactive team player
g. Fluent in English is a must
h. Good computer skills (min. word, excel, power point, canva)
