Untuk persyaratan yang kami inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup bersaing menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Management Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies, collaborating with business leaders to identify critical jobs and talent gaps, and executing talent management programs to ensure that the organization has the right people in the right roles. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and implementing employee development and training programs, managing the performance management process, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Job Description:

  • Develop talent management plans/roadmaps
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define talent strategy, such as critical jobs, talent gaps and how to bridge the gaps
  • Execute and implement talent management programs and systems to all employees
  • Design and implement employee retention programs and initiatives
  • Create and execute employee development and training programs
  • Manage and oversee the performance management process, including goal-setting, feedback and coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and maintain a talent database to ensure that the organization has the right people in the right roles
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to talent management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years working experience in Talent Management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with talent management processes, including succession planning, talent mapping, employee retention, and development programs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English
  • Work placement in Serpong, Tangerang
