About the role

Passion Jewelry is seeking an experienced Talent Management and Organization Development professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Serpong Banten, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organisational culture and talent development strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving employee engagement, performance management and leadership development initiatives across the company.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Collaborate with business leaders to align talent management strategies with organisational goals and objectives
• Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends and inform talent-related decisions
• Promote a positive and inclusive company culture that fosters employee wellbeing and high performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HR and employment regulations
• Doing end To end Organization Development from Organization Analysis, Structure, Job desk and until competencies matrix

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development or a related HR field
• Expertise in designing and implementing talent management programs, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated experience in driving organizational change and fostering a positive, engaging work environment
• Passion for talent development and a commitment to employee growth and success
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field
