The duties of Talent Acquisition encompass sourcing candidates from diverse channels, organizing interview and selection processes, and arranging or participating in career events. Success in this position requires the ability to formulate enduring recruiting strategies and cultivate trustworthy relationships with prospective hires.

Responsibilities:

  1. Employer Branding
    • Build and implement employer branding program to improve people’s awareness and interest to join the company
    • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, attend events, and participate in networking activities to expand our talent pool.
  2. End-to-End Recruitment:
    • Execute comprehensive recruitment processes, from crafting compelling job descriptions to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
    • Utilize various channels and platforms to proactively source and engage with high-caliber candidates.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on market trends, and ensure alignment between business objectives and talent acquisition strategies. To ensure the positions that are needed can be fulfilled within the SLA.
  4. Candidate Experience:
    • Foster a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Leverage data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Skills:

  1. Communication:
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  2. Sourcing Techniques:
    • Proven experience in employing various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
  3. Interviewing:
    • Strong interviewing and assessment skills to identify the best-fit candidates.
  4. Technology:
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  5. Negotiation:
    • Ability to negotiate and close offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  6. Adaptability:
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
