We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with a deep understanding of the finance industry to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and recruiting top-tier finance professionals to support our organization’s growth and success. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to identify talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Networking:

• Proactively source, identify, and engage with finance professionals through various channels, including online platforms, job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future finance-related positions within the organization.

Recruitment Strategy:

• Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand the specific needs and requirements for each finance position.
• Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top finance talent, taking into account market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.

Screening and Selection:

• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to assess candidates’ technical and interpersonal skills.

Candidate Experience:

• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.

Employer Branding:

• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote the organization as an employer of choice within the finance industry.
• Leverage employer branding initiatives to attract top finance talent and strengthen the company’s reputation in the market.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize recruitment metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on recruitment activities and progress.

Compliance and Diversity:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter with a focus on finance roles.
• Familiarity with financial concepts, terminologies, and qualifications required for various finance positions.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with finance professionals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to candidate management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Willing to work on-site at the Alam Sutera office.
