What you will do

Currently, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition to join our team. Take a look at the description below:

  • Recruit talent through sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, and attract passive candidate
  • Creative and innovative in finding extraordinary tech talent through unconventional means, designing creative strategies, and execute on sourcing strategies for a variety of technical roles
  • Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and utilize data to improve recruiting efficiency and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
  • Stay abreast of relevant news in the tech industry and talent market competitive landscape

Requirement

  • Min 2 years experience in recruiting for technical and non-technical  positions at a consumer-facing web/mobile startup.
  • Proven ability to manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • People person. Care deeply about growing meaningful relationships and creating an incredible candidate experience for everyone who interacts with
  • Excellent team player. Hungry to make an impact, and take pride in thoroughly understanding the business objectives and how they map to tech talent needs.
  • Creative and analytical. You seek to iteratively improve the recruiting process by testing innovative approaches to sourcing, relationship building, assessing, and closing candidates.

Starting from these thoughts, we decided to run an edutech company since 2015, formerly known as Squline, and based in Jakarta. CAKAP offers a solution for everyone who wants to speak other languages and learn more about different cultures. We reinvent language learning experience by providing an online platform for students and teachers; the idea is for you to study anywhere and everywhere.
