Objectives of this Role
• Work closely with HR team and hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
• Take ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, including but not limited to talent search and engagement strategy, employer branding as well as end-to-end talent acquisitions process from sourcing, interview schedule, offer negotiation, onboarding preparation, etc.
• Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open.
• Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
• Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join the team
• Successfully manage several talent searches in parallel and understand how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines
• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
• Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
• Develop and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
• Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
Skills and Qualifications
· 3+ years’ experience in recruitment or human resources.
· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
· Strong organisational skill and attention to detail
· Ability to independently manage and drive the search strategy, as well as prioritize effectively
· Excellent consultative skills and domain expertise to build productive partnerships with internal leaders
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field).
· Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
