About the Job

Responsible for planning, carrying out and evaluating talent acquisition activities starting from the recruitment, selection, assessment, talent identification & mapping processes which support the organizational development process and fulfill employee needs based on competency standards and company cultural values.

What you will Need to Succeed :

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
2. Minimum 2 years experience as Recruiter / Talent Acquisition from the same industry (Retail Industry or Head Hunter company is a plus)
3. Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
4. Have experience conducting assessments (soft skills/hard skills).
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
7. Understand and have implemented CBHRM activities.
8. Work placement in Kab. Bandung West Java.
