Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible to lead end-to-end recruitment team and strategies to support talent strategies effectively.

Description

  • Drive and lead recruitment team to ensure all performance metrics are met and supporting talent strategies aligned with business objectives effectively
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment process and programs including guidance and advisory on talent strategies to both team members and stakeholders
  • Ensure the effectiveness of hiring and recruitment process and strategies by updating best practices according to business needs and challenges
  • As talent acquisition partner to the business and work collaboratively across people team in talent strategies and manpower management
  • Ensure compliance in internal recruitment SLA as well as regulatory compliance
  • Work closely with all stakeholders and hiring managers to understand, identify and advise on hiring needs, strategies and best practices
  • Drive and champion candidate experience and support employer branding as well as establishing strong relationship with candidates or external stakeholders or affiliates

Profile

  • Proven track record of at least 7 years of experience in full spectrum of recruitment cycle, either as internal talent acquisition or agency handling different functions across both tech and non-tech across different levels including executive hiring
  • Proven track record in managing sourcing and hiring in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record in managing and working alongside stakeholders across different levels through to C-levels
  • Experiences in managing and leading a recruitment team
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills to work and manage and support hiring managers on the hiring challenges
  • Independent self starter, able to face hiring obstacles head on, and drive changes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a professional level of tact and diplomacy with all levels of management
  • Keep abreast on industry trends and local employment law
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experiences working with regional team and/or international talent would be advantageous
