Introduction to the Department: 

The Human Resources department at ADA is responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing talent across the organization. The Talent Acquisition team is a key component of this, working closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and senior leaders to understand the talent needs of each business unit and to identify and attract the best candidates to meet these needs. 

Job Overview: 

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with HR Business Partners, managers, and senior leaders to understand their talent needs and support them in attracting and hiring top talent. You will use your deep understanding of the business and its talent needs to design and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies that meet these needs and help drive business results. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners, managers, and senior leaders to understand their talent needs 

● Design and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies that meet the talent needs of each business unit 

● Support HR Business Partners and managers in attracting and hiring top talent 

● Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Business Partners to design and implement programs that support employee retention and development 

● Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of sourcing and recruitment strategies 

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that ADA’s Talent Acquisition processes are innovative and effective. 

Qualifications: 

● Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field 

● 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, or a related field 

● Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills 

● Excellent communication and presentation skills 

● Deep understanding of sourcing and recruitment best practices and trends 

● Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decision-making 

● Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously 

● Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
