Your impact (Job Description)
As the Talent Acquisition Associate, here’s how you will have a significant impact at Pitik.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  Create compelling and accurate job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their unique staffing needs.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts;

If you Are (Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition, preferably in the poultry or Retail industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
• High attention to detail
• A passion for identifying and attracting top talent to contribute the company.
• Contract Based: 3 Months
