Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager di tempat usaha PT CARSURIN untuk daerah Jakarta Barat atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun kualifikasi yang kita butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, Magister (S2), & Doktor (S3). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
Open-minded, analytical, humble, team player, and trustworthy.
Good communication in English (written & oral), proficient in Microsoft Office and internet application
Minimum 5 Years of working experience in the related field.
Being able to develop a creativity sourcing strategy and experience in Headhunter is a plus point
Experience in competency-based interview/BEI
Have a comprehensive understanding talent acquisition business process and psychological tools function
Work Location: Head Office, West Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

Creating and developing recruitment plans and strategies to ensure our teams consist of qualified individuals.
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
Work with hiring managers across teams to understand the hiring needs and requirements to define MPP
Build relationships and engagement with stakeholders such as universities, schools, communities and government
Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work by running the Employee Branding function
