Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Systems Operations Associate di perusahaan WILLIAMS-SONOMA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. untuk daerah Surabaya dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun untuk syarat yang kami butuhkan ialah minimum D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, & Gelar Professional. Yang merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

POSITION: Systems Operations Associate

REPORTS TO: Systems Operations Lead

Job Description: Why you and why us?

Ever wonder who makes those item numbers you see on the websites and in the catalogs next to our products? That’s us! We are a non-phone support department that creates and maintains all the SKUs for WSI. We are looking for someone who can work independently has excellent communication skills, and can help the team meet their deadlines. Sets up and maintains foundation data for all Concepts across all Channels of WSI. Provides support for Merchants, Inventory Management, and Call Center. Compiles information for Backorder Reporting, and department’s Weekly Re-Cap. Researches SKU issues raised by functional groups. E-commerce duties as directed by supervisor.

Essential Functions: The nuts and bolts

  • SKU set-up for all Concepts
  • Verification of SKU data accuracy in various operating systems
  • Creation/Maintenance of Item Master foundation information (Merchandise Hierarchy, Attributes, Differentiators)
  • SKU Maintenance (Price, Costs, Supplier, Freight, Descriptions)
  • Support and coordinate Merchants, Inventory Management, DC, and Call Center requests
  • Coordinate/Change/Confirm Shipping methods by working with Merchants and the DC
  • Maintain the Embroidery Thread Master/Seasonal Embroidery Program and load monogramming/personalization information on SKUs
  • Special projects as assigned E-comm work as directed

Qualifications: What you need to apply

  • Demonstrate time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to track items and work in multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, Access
  • Retail background helpful
  • Previous experience in the Merch Ops Department preferred
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
