Role Description

This is a contract role for a System Administrator based in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as system administration, troubleshooting, technical support, network administration, and information technology management.

• Regularly monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation of servers, networks, and other IT systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components such as servers, operating systems, network devices, and storage systems.
• Manage software updates, patches, and security fixes to ensure that systems are up-to-date and protected against known vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
• Having experience with Banking industry (Digital Banking is preferred)
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux/Unix), networking protocols, and hardware components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
