JOB SUMMARY:

• Develop an ESG-based corporate sustainability strategy and formulate short-term and long-term targets aimed at maintaining the company’s business continuity and contributing to the SDGs.
• Coordinate the sustainability strategy with related functions (cross-functions) and ensure proper management, monitoring, and recording of the programs being implemented.
• Build cooperation with associations, non-profit institutions, and relevant communities to support the implementation of the environmental and social programs that have been determined.
• Proactively following developments on global sustainability issues, ownership of certifications related to sustainability is preferred.
• Able to compile a sustainability report based on related regulations and international standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Develop strategies and manage internal and external sustainability communications to improve the company’s reputation, as well as increase stakeholder trust and satisfaction levels.
• Develop, control, and evaluate the use of environmental and social program budgets to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of costs incurred by the company.
• Controlling the implementation and evaluation of the company’s environmental and social programs as a whole, to provide suggestions for improvement and development that are appropriate, sustainable, and in accordance with company goals.

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in all majors (preferably Public Relations/Faculty of Community Empowerment/Social Development and Welfare)
• Minimum 5 years in the same field and at least 2 years at the Manager level
• Strong Experience in the Manufacturing Industry
