Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sustainability Manager di perusahaan Dynapack Asia untuk daerah Tangerang serta sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan ialah Teknik & Teknik Lingkungan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
Kami memberikan kualifikasi yang perusahaan inginkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.
Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Dynapack Asia group strategy, actions and reporting on Sustainability, across ESG pillars and all countries. This includes internal and external Communications.
- Develop, coordinate and update strategy, policies and actions plan for the group and subsidiaries.
- Track and report status on all Sustainability metrics.
- Communicate internally and externally on progress, commitments and key reports.
- Develop & coordinate CSR initiatives with HR in all countries / companies to improve Social impacts with Employees and Communities.
- Quarterly report on progress for key metrics, yearly report or submissions as required (CDP, EMF, UNGC), customer audits support.
- Trainings of employees on ESG, + stay up-to-date on latest Sustainability news & trends.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree from any major, Sustainability background will be preferred.
- Min. 8 years of working experience in various role, 2 years in sustainability role.
- Good leadership, strategic thinking, problem solving, presentation, and data analysis skills.
- Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia & Mandarin will be a plus)
