About the role

The Surveyor – QCT provides surveying support onsite measuring individual blasts to provide products and services to customers and assisting in providing a quality service of bulk explosives to customers in a safe and environmentally conscious manner at all times.

What you will be doing

Key Accountabilities
Delivers the operational services to the volume, service type and quality specified by client expectations
Ensures compliance with operating procedures and standards
Ensures raw materials are stored correctly, ensure correct accreditation signage is displayed, ensure all raw materials are correctly labelled
Notifies the Team Leader of any variations in product appearance or performance
Assists the client in achieving targets and maintaining production and cost standards
Maintains operational partnerships with clients Employees
Performs other ancillary duties including relief at other locations, consistent with level of competence as reasonably instructed by supervisor
Shares information and experiences across crew
Carries out tasks relative to competence and appointment.
Follows Supervisor or Shotfirers instructions

With tertiary or technical qualification – up to 2 years experience post qualification.
Without formal qualifications – up to 10 years of administrative experience, or allocation of  work to operators.

Role dependent – technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, analytics/visualisation tools, engineering software, etc.)

Travel requirements:
* Role dependent

Insert tertiary qualification required for role (e.g. Accountant must have a tertiary degree in an Accounting discipline, an Engineer must have a tertiary degree in an Engineering discipline)
OR
Technical qualification / legistlative / SHES certification
