Job Descriptions:

• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Talk to customers through a series of actions (e.g. by phone, email, or chat) until they’ve solved the issue
• Properly report unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Create software evaluation test programs
• Perform manual and automated software testing to evaluate each software product
• Maintain good relationships with customers

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
• Programming experience in Dart, Flutter, and Web Development (including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP) is a plus
• Prior experience as a support engineer in software/application industry is preferred
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and analyzing skills
• Ability to speak English
• Have a personal vehicle and a driver license
• Good team work spirit
• Be responsible and proactive
• Maximum age of 35 years old
