YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive supply-demand fulfillment plan to customer countries
• Represent site Cimanggis in joint-planning activities with Supply Performance Manager-Region APAC , External Manufacturing team and Customer Supply Chain Manager, by developing and maintaining an integrated/collaborative demand and supply planning process
• Ensure optimal inventory levels fulfillment by establishing appropriate safety stock levels to be maintained
• Actively participate in new product introduction and product transfer teams and ensure supply plans are developed, communicated, and executed in support of the project timelines
• Maintain Master Production Schedule of 12 months rolling forecast on monthly basis in timely manner
• Maintain Master Product Delivery Schedule of 14 weeks rolling forecast on monthly basis in timely manner
• Joint Collaborative planning among supply planner in creating scale of priority for production planning by analyzing PPDS scheduling suggestion to minimize/avoid out of stock risk
• Monitor the production schedule adherence and ensure the rolling 14 weeks product delivery-planning horizon is up to date on weekly basis
• Lead batches flow monitoring in supply center Cimanggis and Contract manufacturing organization to achieve targeted release date
• Communicate delivery plans of products within Internal Cimanggis team as well as Contract manufacturing organization and  Country Supply Chain / Supply Performance Manager-Region APAC and address gaps between demand and supply by respond to demand and supply changes in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate the problem-solving process for Mid-term topic in effective and efficient manner

WHO YOU ARE

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree level education in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Science or related field.

Relevant experiences

• 2-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain/Operations function that includes supply planning or capacity planning role

• Key experience would also include working within a customer-facing supply chain model
• Demonstrated success interfacing with customers

• Excellent Supply Chain planning capabilities including exposure to global planning and initiatives
• Excellent process development capabilities
• Strong working knowledge of ERP platforms, specifically SAP for MM, PP and APO modules
• Strong capability to understand manufacturing processes
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Self-motivated
