Key Accountabilities

• Oversee demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, continuous improvement and inventory optimisation

• Ensure customer requirements are met, with respect to delivery, time and quantity of equipment, by directing and controlling all supply chain and distribution operations in an efficient and cost-effective manner

• Collaborate/Drive Demand and Supply integration with local stakeholders. Drives demand and supply integration and alignment. Communicate critical changes and supply constraints

• Prepare supply planning input into monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget cycle, Create and maintain supply related KPIs and use as basis for supply planning improvement initiatives

• Maintain all supply related parameters and master data in relevant planning System

• Supervise the development and implementation of more complex projects and process improvement initiatives, digitalization to meet continuous improvement excellence standards across the organization.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/certification in any related business courses from accredited college or university is required, graduate or post-graduate

• Demonstrate extended experience in logistics/supply chain and S&OP. Good knowledge, management and coordination of S&OP process. Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and manage tension in S&OP conversations

• Results-oriented, experienced with optimising processes.

• Working knowledge of English (written and spoken). Proficient in MS applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Power BI

• +8 years in Supply Chain planning experience (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Material Planning), including significant experience managing S&OP process.
