About the Role
You will oversee end-to-end demand and supply planning to ensure the right products are available at the right time, quantity, and cost. The role is central to forecasting, production planning, inventory control, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead demand forecasting using sales data, market insights, and S&OP alignment.

  • Develop short to long-term production and supply plans based on capacity and inventory requirements.

  • Oversee MRP, stock levels, safety stock, and prevent overstock or stock-out.

  • Monitor demand vs. supply performance and improve key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, OTIF/OTD, and inventory days.

  • Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, marketing, warehouse, and QC to ensure seamless execution.

  • Identify efficiency opportunities, enhance planning tools/systems, and support digitalization initiatives.

  • Develop the planning team and participate in internal operational programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.

  • 5–7 years in demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain management.

  • Strong KPI management skills: forecast accuracy, OTIF/OTD, inventory accuracy, stock-out & overstock performance, capacity utilization, and cost efficiency.

  • Strong understanding of S&OP, MRP, and inventory management.

  • Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, ERP/SAP).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; fluent in English.

  • Able to travel when needed.
