Job Responsibilities:

• Create accurate purchase order and place order with the appropriate vendor
• Monitor progress of order from entry to shipment
• Maintain month to date spreadsheet with confirmation number and ship date for all open equipment orders.
• Create monthly report on purchasing and check outstanding purchase order
• Make a purchase, especially chemical raw material and import machines
• Monitoring stock levels in all warehouse
• Monitoring the delivery time of products to fullfill the demand of one chain
• Report and or solve all related problems that hinder the supply chain
• Presenting stock information in weekly basis

Requirement:

• Candidate must be maximum 26 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / post graduate degree, chemistry, engineering (chemical), economics, engineering ( industrial), business studies/administration/management or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduate are Welcome
• Flexibility is required to work in any circumstances
• English or mandarin speaking ability is required
• Proficency in operating MS Ofiice, partucularly MS Excel
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-soving and communication skill
• Team player with hands-on, self motivated, goal oriented to details, and commitment towards deadline
• Work Placement will be in Gading Serpong Head Office
