You’ll help us improve, inject innovation and create new ways of working. You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’

  • The Program Manager will partner with Global Supply Chain and IT team to lead projects within strategic initiatives, including establishin plan, design and deliver agains project deliverables and milestones.
  • Oversees group of Supply Chain projects and manage a team of Process Engineers who act as Project Manager/Lead for various projects to establish and manage project schedules, budgets, goals.

Facilitate communication across different projects and cross-functional teams.

  • Responsible for leading supply chain process analysis, contribute in efficiency & sustainability of the overall processes and activities.

Who we’re looking for

  • We look for Master Supply chain & MBA knowledge or related field
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills are essential
  • 5 or more year experience in change and project management.

System implementation Supply Chain operations experience.

  • Consultancy experience is a must and able to communicate with C level.
