A Supply Chain Operation Analyst Manager role has become available at a leading multinational FMCG company that runs its business in sustainable products. The office location is in South Jakarta and the working arrangement will be fully on-site.

About The Role:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Monitor and collect data on current operations, including scheduling, sourcing, warehousing, production, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and optimize inventory levels and seek to negotiate best-price contracts to increase business revenue.
  • Implement inventory control strategies and gather data on each step within the supply chain to minimize costs, prevent overstock or stock outs, and ensure accurate inventory turnover.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply of raw materials and packaging, evaluating supplier performance.
  • Create production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and production capacity, adjusting as needed.
  • Oversee order processing and fulfilment operations to ensure on-time delivery and order accuracy.
  • Identify process enhancements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Collaborate with departments to align supply chain activities with business goals.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and quality standards, particularly in food safety.
  • Be the contact point for many large purchases made from outside of the company for projects.
  • Plan and carry out large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding in managing end to end supply chain including Logistics and Warehouse.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience in supply chain or a related field.
  • Prior experience in FMCG/ along with the familiarity with some digitization skill in data analytic and data manipulation (e.g. Power BI, Knime, BluePrism, Rulex) and/or have PD background (familiarity with SAP & TMS system)
  • Highly analytic and number-oriented, with a proven ability to interpret unstructured data and translate it into actionable strategies. Passion for details is an absolute must-have.
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in analytic fields such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or statistics. Additional certifications or specialized training in supply chain management is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management and leadership, to collaborate across departments and present plans effectively.
  • Able to clearly coordinate and manage the stakeholder mapping and respond to stakeholder enquiries.
  • Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment, flexible, self-starter and dynamic.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
