This position is responsible for Supply Chain Activities within Virtue Indonesia site, to maximize internal & external customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost. The sub-functions contain Planning, Warehouse & Logistics.

Responsibilities:

1. General

• Create supply strategies & objectives, communicate within Supply chain team, to accomplish site goals to support business success.
• As a member of the site leadership team, advises on key and operations related issues, initiatives and strategy for continually improving the site operations performance.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to perform various strategies and organize supply chain team to monitor all supply chain activities and resolve all availability issues.

2.Supply Chain Management

• Develop planning strategy in cooperation with all related stakeholders and organize periodic planning meeting to initiate advantageous plan for material purchasing, production, inventory and product delivery to customers.
• Plan inventory level and lead to optimize warehouse practice to control inventory and protect material and products in good status.
• Coordinate with customers and forwarders to arrange product logistics and monitor delivery process to ensure timely delivery and high satisfaction.
• Support site automation and digitalization of information system project including ERP system, planning tools to improve data accuracy & working efficiency

3. Leadership & People Management

• Create an environment of strong team spirit, motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals in the short, mid, and long term to support business development. Including new product development, and mass production deliveries.
• Drive collaboration of cross functions within Indonesia site, and also cross site within Virtue Groups.
• Manage performance and talent development for all direct functional reports, and qualify them in a timely manner.

4.Cost Management

• Budget and control department costs, headcount and CAPEX towards the set targets.
• Periodically evaluates workload and expense in the department, and continue to optimize cost control and department productivity and competitiveness.
• Analyze inventory, logistics cost and organize optimizing cost structure and level.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Mathematics or relevant fields.
2. Minimum 5 years working experiences in Master Planning Position in Food, Chemicals, Pharma or Cosmetics Industry.
3. Minimum 3 years as a leader, experienced in managing at least 3 direct reports.
4. Professional knowledge in Inventory Planning & Control.
5. Experienced in ERP Launching projects as a key user, at least in warehouse or planning module.
6. Knowledge in Procurement, Warehousing & Import/Export Logistics.
7. Knowledge in GMP or ISO13485 compliance.
8. Good command of written and spoken English.
9. Wiling to work in Cikarang
