Summary of Job Duties

The Logistics Manager oversees the supply chain at the Indonesia plant, managing planning, transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing. This role ensures efficient order fulfillment, distribution, and storage, delivering products to customers on time and in excellent condition. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and customers, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance..

Responsibilities :

  1. Responsible the production plan, optimize the inv and make sure on time and in full delivery
  2. Plan and optimize the logistics network, including planning strategy, inventory, transportation routes and warehousing solutions. 
  3. Develop and implement logistics strategies to support the company’s business objectives
  4. Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics service providers, Oversee the selection of carriers and negotiate transportation rates and contracts 
  5. Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and safety.
  6. Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellence
  7. Set performance goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing feedback
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications ：

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in planning, inventory management, transportation and warehouse etc.
  3. Strong proficiency in MRP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
  4. Solid understanding of supply planning and inventory management practices and procedures.
  5. Excellent analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  7. Willing to work in Cikande (Kabupaten Serang)
