Our growing company is seeking to hire a high-performing Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for manage and organizing end to end supply chain process in order to meet our revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be in charge of managing organizational supply chain by crafting and developing strategy and business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with various departments for justifying those plans and result achievement to the management and facilitate the ongoing people development 

Goals and Responsibilities for success

• Direct responsible on operations of procurement, warehouse, export-import and logistics,
• Responsible for the movement of material and finish goods from manufacturers and suppliers to the customers,
• Oversee and manage every step of the supply chain flow from procurement and importation to delivery of the final product,
• Direct coordinate with various functions in production, material & tooling preparation, engineering and finance & accounting and related activities to manage overhead costs and improve accuracy, customer service, and safety,
• Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining flows to meet product distribution needs,
• Direct the movement, storage, or processing of the inventory,
• Responsible for all supply chain operational including procurement, overseas & domestic logistics, warehouses management, and data reporting,
• Achieve sales/revenue targets and stretched goals,
• Cost reduction on materials/shipments/logistics/warehousing costs,
• On-time delivery of finished goods to customers and status report to the management,
• Ensure inventories/materials are within the expected level to avoid high costs/wastage/obsolescence.

Experiences and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline,
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Supply Chain Manager,
• At least 10 years’ experience working at a manufacturing companies with international atmosphere in a comparable commercial industry,
• Have detailed understanding of inventory control / management system (MRP, ERP etc),
• Fluent in commercial area, profitability, and costing management,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving that involves end to end supply chain process,
• Independent and accuracy in job execution,
• Familiar with Indonesia’s trade regulations,
• Proficient in MS Excel, sufficient in SAP or related similar system is a plus,
• Team player and a quick learner.
