Job Summary : 

Supply chain managers are responsible for the movement of goods, from manufacturers and suppliers to the customer. Oversee and manage every stage of the production flow, from warehouse of raw materials to the delivery of the final product.

Ensure the right amount of product is made at the right time, as well as coordinate the storage of the product. Organizing the movement of goods from distribution centers to customers and stores involves forecasting trends and managing inventories.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Apothecary, or related field

• Having minimal 5 years relevant experience in supply chain management, typically in similar positions, with a record of good performance.

• Understanding supply chain the dynamics of the industry and staying current with trends in supply chain management.

• The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and the capability to interact with various stakeholders in the supply chain.

• Possessing strong analytical and problem solving skills, and make decisions based on relevant information.

• Having good understanding about cash flow, production planning, and supply chain flow process

• Understanding the use of information technology and modern supply chain management systems.

• Demonstrating strong leadership skills to effectively lead teams and manage human resources in the supply chain.

• Fast learner, capable of working under pressure and remaining efficient in facing challenges in the supply chain.

• Having a good understanding of regulations and compliance in the supply chain industry.

• The ability to negotiate with suppliers, business partners, and other relevant parties to achieve desired goal

Job descriptions :

• Develop strategic plan for supply chain department to align organization objective

• Review and develop supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing compliance quality, halal, environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.

• Create programs and processes that can improve the supply chain management functions of the company.

• Responsible planning, implementing, and monitoring overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity.

• Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists.

• Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.

• Together with Planning associate to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products.

• Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality.

• Develop and meet inventory goals for the company, which effectively balance cash-flow, industry leading product lead-times, and inventory turn rates.

• Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.

• Ensure supply contingency plans and strategy are up-to date and easily activated in the event primary suppliers are unable to perform as required.

• Develop relationships in the marketplace to understand and stay abreast of industry changes which may impact various business management programs as it relates to pricing trends and new products.

• Utilize strategic sourcing tools to sustain continuous cost reduction initiatives for product BOM Cost.

• Assist in the development of a distribution infrastructure that supports our clients in the most cost effective and efficient manner.

• Design, implement, or oversee product take back or reverse logistics programs to ensure products are recycled, reused, or responsibly disposed.

• Provide leadership to team under their control and coach, manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement, added value and cost reductions, to achieve the operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their roles.

• Responsible for supervising the application of health, safety and environment

• Report to Plant Director for the responsibilities in supply chain function.

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang
