Telah dibuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Supply Chain Analyst di perusahaan PT Syspex Kemasindo untuk daerah Tangerang atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan adalah Pelayanan & Logistik/Rantai Pasokan serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan yang kami butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be the pivotable point of contact for departments inside operations and possible improvement projects
  • Assess a company’s processes of procurement, warehouse, logistic and inventory, then use that data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and collect data on current operations, including scheduling, sourcing, warehousing, production, and delivery
  • Research partner companies and seek possible add valued activities to give input to other departments
  • Gather data on each step within the supply chain, using it to recommend changes to reduce costs
  • Plan and carry out operation projects

Job Description:

  • Investigate pain points within the process and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies
  • Propose to procurement on what is the focus point for negotiation with vendors and carriers to secure best pricing and ensure contract compliance
  • Identify parameters of improvement and add valued for warehouse and logistic activities
  • Monitoring supply chain KPI and identify improvement / innovation
  • Create performance reports for management to review
  • Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes
  • Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with externals if required while promoting company initiatives and values

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, logistics, or a similar field
  • Prior project management experience is preferred
  • Supply chain management certification is preferred
  • 1-2 years in supply chain, logistic related
