Supply & Capacity, Product Launch & PDM Associate Manager 

JOB PURPOSE

  • Managing supply plan to fulfill the demand of customer in right time and right quantity, and to monitoring the batches flow to meet the targeted release dates which is align with site KPI
  • Ensure capacity availability in every production & packaging processes to meet demands on both medium-term and long-term horizon, and driving future capacity planning, as well as manufacturing efficiency and performance
  • Control and align NPI (New Product Introduction), material changes (TL and API) to meet agreed timeline, include minimizing write-off impact and change application (in Synaps or BASIC)
  • Lead master data management in order to have uniformity, accuracy, consistency and accountability, and in timely manner

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure supply-demand fulfillment plan to customer countries in collaboration with Regional Supply Chain team by develop by developing and maintaining an integrated/collaborative demand and supply planning process
  • Manage delivery plans of FG within internal Cimanggis team and Reginal Supply Chain, and to address supply gaps by responding to demand-supply changes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure launch timeline of NPI/TL/API to be on-time as per agreed timeline, as well as minimizing write-off impact
  • Lead problem-solving process for supply risk in mid-long term in effective and efficient manner by driving analysis of appropriate information and data
  • Establish and control capacity plan to meet business targets and to optimize manufacturing efficiency and performance by analyze specifications and capacity, and undertake appropriate calculations to estimate job requirements, in terms of labor, tools, materials and resources as well as to develop mitigation plan in the event of changes and unforeseen circumstances
  • Manage activities related to artwork packaging development referring to Global Design, Rebranding Guidelines for Registration purpose in coordination with Regulatory Affairs and Marketing of the market to support NPI or change control process including collaboration with Operation for packaging activities and composition of packaging materials used as per BOM reference
  • Ensure accuracy of master data (Globan number, Bill of materials for both semi-finished-goods and finished-goods, as well as the alternatives), including proper change management for any new product/formula/material within required system (SAP, Synaps, BASIC) by close coordination with related Quality and SCM team

WHO YOU ARE

Education

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering or relevant education.

Relevant experiences

  • Min 5 years of experience in managing Supply Chain process and activities within pharma, food, or FMCG industry.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Good in management & communication skill
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP platforms, specifically SAP for MM, PP and APO modules
  • Strong capability to understand manufacturing processes
  • Strong facilitation, influencing and team-building skills
  • Self-motivated, and continuous & versatile learner
