• At least 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, particularly in Electrical Components within the Automotive Industry.
• In-depth knowledge of quality aspects related to two-wheel (2W) products, especially EV motorcycles.
• Proficient in problem-solving activities from planning and execution to monitoring and follow-up.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their practical implementation.
• Demonstrated commitment to achieving production targets while ensuring high-quality products, efficient processes, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Effective communication skills, both with subordinates and peers.
• A strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.

What a day at work for you will look like:

• Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier processes to ensure they meet the required quality and standards.
• Maintain documentation of audit findings and work with suppliers to address any identified issues.
• Investigate and address supplier quality issues, particularly concerning development timing, to ensure components meet quality targets at each phase from T0 (project initiation) until the start of production.
• Collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective actions promptly.
• Work closely with suppliers to improve their quality processes, focusing on issues like Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE), cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate discussions and initiatives aimed at enhancing supplier quality and reducing production costs.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to supplier quality, from planning and execution to monitoring and follow-up.
• Apply knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles to improve processes related to supplier quality.
• Implement lean methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
• Maintain a steadfast commitment to achieving production targets with high-quality products and efficient processes.
• Actively seek opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement.
• Effectively manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring they understand and meet quality requirements.
• Coordinate with related teams, such as PPIC and the production team, to align supplier activities with production goals.
• Maintain detailed records of audits, assessments, issue investigations, and improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular reports on supplier quality performance to the Quality Manager and Factory General Manager.
• Adhere to the timeline and deadlines set for October 2023, ensuring that supplier quality activities are on track.
• Engage with the Quality Manager, Factory General Manager, and peers in Supplier Quality Mechanical & Exterior.
• Collaborate closely with the PPIC and production teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Utilize the support and resources provided by the Quality Manager and other teams to effectively manage supplier quality.
