PURPOSE

Supplier Management area, this position is responsible for maintaining qualification schedule of starting material & service provider (include Quality Assurance Agreement), involve in Procurement supplier related initiative, collaborated with Other function related new supplier or manufacturer of material including for new product development, and ensure completeness of all CAPA related deviation related to supplier management.
Serve as an expert in the supplier management system and contribute to its continuous improvement.

MAJOR TASKS

• Coordinate and Perform the Qualification of raw material, packaging material, pallet and service providers before used in commercial production and ensure life cycle of supplier/manufacturer is always updated and periodically reviewed.
• Coordinate product quality impact assessment for any change related starting material from manufacturer.
• Perform for supplier management qualification and updated into the relevant system (IQMS and PDV system).
• Create and/or review of procedures (e.g. SOPs and templates) related to supplier management topic to ensure the procedures are aligned with the updated requirement (e.g.: CMS (Bayer Regulation: GOI, GSOP, Supplement, Best Practices, Local regulation such as CPOB, PICs, HALAL, SMK3).
• Perform evaluation of the manufacturer/supplier performance.
• Monitor halal validity of material align with incoming material
• Lead coordination with QC in term of certification process as per update regulations
• Responsible to maintain the supplier management process including supplier evaluation/performance and Quality Assurance Agreement (QAA) with supplier
• Lead continuous improvement of supplier management system from APAC Region perspective.
• Lead cross-function communication and projects from APAC Region perspective.
• Participate in the strategic decision-making and objective setting of the APAC region Supplier Management Team.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Pharmacist with minimum 5 years experience in GMP aspects, Quality Assurance/ Supplier management.
• Familiar with international and local GMP principles for manufacturing of pharmaceutical products and Food supplements and possesses personal insights.
• Familiar with manufacturing process concept within pharmaceutical and food supplement industry
• Team player who is able to work independently and deliver results with minimal guidance
