Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Supervisor, Warehouse Outbound di kantor PT Lastana Express Indonesia (Lazada Logistics) untuk domisili Cikarang Pusat & Jawa Barat atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan adalah Pergudangan, Penyimpanan & Distribusi (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Job Summary
Outbound Supervisors manage people in respective function in managing order management for customers and assist the team manager to optimize the deployment, planning, and processes with the aim of meeting the productivity and cost targets while ensuring the compliance of workplace health, safety, and security standards.

Responsibilities:

Assist the team manager to ensure the respective function in charge achieve the warehouse KPI’s such as productivity, overall cost, backlog, accuracy, etc.
Assist the team manager to identify daily operational bottlenecks and work closely with other warehouse management counterparts to derive resolution.
Assist the team manager to identify obstacle and hindrance in warehouse layout, warehouse processes and IT, and recommend solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.
Ensure the function in charge is operating during shift at optimal manpower resource and in a healthy, safe, and secured environment free of incident.
Identify and highlight manpower deployment surplus, shortage versus forecast, and actual business volume during shift.
Enforce strict compliance of health, safety, and security compliance rules within the function and enforce strict practice of 5S.
Provide leadership direction and clarity to the function team to ensure the team is working at optimal productivity daily.

Requirements/Qualifications (must have):

Candidate should possess bachelor’s degree, diploma, professional degree in Logistic/Warehouse Management, Management or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics management.
Been responsible for a team and preferably have manage large warehouse with minimum manpower of 40/shift.
Must be able to communicate clearly in English for both written and orally.
Must be able to effectively read, interpret information, and present numerical data in a resourceful manner.
